High School
We hope that our time at High School Youth Group will equip, encourage, and empower our students to follow Jesus and love others in authentic community.

Sunday Youth Group
1st & 3rd Sundays of each month during the school year, from 5:30-7:30 PM.
We enjoy a time of fellowship as we eat a meal together, play intentional relationship-building games, worship God, listen to a Biblical teaching, and spend time on age/gender specific small groups.
Our ministry is constructed around meeting the spiritual and relational needs of our students. As needs change, so does our programming. One of the specific ways we try to meet the needs of our students is by allowing them to have significant input on our curriculum. Rather than force-feeding them content, we base our curriculum for the year on the questions they want answered.

Special Events
Once a month we have a big event that involves the students and sometimes their families. These events vary from “just for fun” to service and outreach.
Past events have included family nights, water games, trivia nights, bowling, amazing races, glow nights, etc.
-
Mission Trip & Retreats
Once a year, the high school students are invited to attend a Mission Trip.
The students attend a yearly retreat where an extended time together creates space for awesome shared experiences, bonding, and an opportunity to get to know each other better.

Testimonies
“I immediately knew I was accepted in.”
“It didn’t matter what had happened or what was going to happen; these people were going to stand by me.”
“It’s not really any bad energy there. Nobody is really sad there; they are either all eager to be with their friends, ready to learn, or ready to have fun.”
“I like that I can be myself there.”
“I think the way they teach things here…everything is so easy to understand with such a complex topic. Once they make sure you have that basis, they then can build off that.”
